Monoclonal Anti-Tubulin, Polyglutamylated antibody produced in mouse

clone B3, purified immunoglobulin, buffered aqueous solution

MDL number:MFCD03792435

Description

Immunogenpurified sea urchin (Lytechinus pictus) sperm axonemal proteins.
SpecificityEpitope recognized by the antibody is localized in the C-terminal region of α- and β-tubulins (the glutamylated motif at amino acids 445-457 of α-tubulin). Useful in studies involving the inhibition of flagellar motility in permeabilized sperm models.
Physical formSolution in 0.01 M phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.4, containing 1% BSA and 15 mM sodium azide
